Directions

The conference will be held at the University of Bern, in the ExWi building. The address is Sidlerstrasse 5, 3012 Bern. Since most of you will arrive by public transport at the main station, we will describe the way from the main station to the conference venue.

Starting from the main station, you can take an elevator located next to platform 12 and 13 up to "Grosse Schanze | Universität". Look for signs pointing to "Grosse Schanze" or find the elevator on this plan here.

Exiting the elevator you will have a nice view of the mountains (if the weather is nice) and right behind you is the university's main building. The builing to the right of the main building is then the ExWi building where the conference will be held. See the image below for a map. Click on the image to see it in full size.

If you enter the ExWi building via the entrance marked on the map the registration on monday will be right next to the entrance. The room for the conference talks is going to be lecture hall B007. To find this room head down the stairs next to the ExWi entrance. Once you reach the ground floor head left and ascend another half floor. Now you are in the "Terassenbau" part of the building. You should find yourself on floor A. Head down another set of stairs to reach floor B. Now the room is down the hall on the left.
